中性介质中Q420qD高强桥梁钢的腐蚀行为

    通过中性盐雾腐蚀试验、电化学测试等手段研究了Q420qD超低碳贝氏体高强桥梁钢和其对比材料F500L-Z普钢在中性介质中的腐蚀行为.结果表明:Q420qD超低碳贝氏体高强桥梁钢的耐腐蚀性优于F500L-Z普钢;其电化学阻抗值随金属材料浸泡时间的延长而增大,说明随着浸泡时间的延长,金属材料表面锈层不断加厚,逐渐增加了阻挡电解液对金属材料的侵蚀及金属材料表面金属原子失去电子向溶液中迁移的过程.

Mo对高强度钢延迟断裂行为的影响

在含V和Nb的40Cr钢中添加不同质量分数(0---1.54%) 的Mo元素, 采用缺口拉伸试样和改进的M-WOL型试样研究了Mo对高强度钢延迟断 裂行为的影响. 结果表明, 随着Mo含量的增加, 实验钢的延迟断裂抗力逐渐提高; 当Mo含量超过1.15%时, 延迟断裂抗力不再提高. EDS分析结果表明, 钢中Mo元素 在晶界发生偏聚, 偏聚范围在几个纳米尺度内. 通过电子能量损失谱(EELS)证明, Mo元素在原奥氏 体晶界的偏聚能够提高钢的晶界结合强度. 在钢中添加Mo能够显著提高钢的回火 抗力和晶界结合强度, 这是其具有高的延迟断裂抗力的主要原因. 碳化物Mo2C 对氢的捕集作用亦能够提高钢的延迟断裂抗力. Mo和V元素的二次硬化碳化物在半 共格和非共格状态时, 实验钢的延迟断裂抗力显著提高.

Effects of Thermal Cycle on Mechanical Properties and Fractography in HAZ of HQ130 Steel

The effect of di®erent peak temperature (Tp) and cooling time (t8=5) on hardness, impact toughness and fracture morphology in the heat-affected zone (HAZ) of HQ130 steel was studied by using welding thermo-simulation test. Experimental results show that the impact toughness and hardness decrease with the decrease of Tp or increase of t8=5 under the condition of a single thermal cycle. There is a brittle zone in the vicinity of Tp=800±C,where the impact toughness is considerably low. There is softened zone in vicinity of Tp=700±C,Where the hardness decreases but the toughness increases. In the practical application of multi-layer and multi-pass welding, the welding heat input should be strictly limited (t8=5<=20s) so as to reduce the softness and brittleness in the HAZ of HQ130 steel.

The influence of alloying elements and cooling conditions after rolling on the microstructures and mechanical properties of a series of medium carbon Si-Mn-Mo-V high-strength precision-formed rebars were investigated.It is found that steel with combined addition of Mo and V appears to be the most promising one than those containing V and Nb or containing V alone under the same pro- cessing conditions.From CCT curve of the steel and the cooling curve of the bar determined by sim- ulating the cooling rate in mill practice,the reason why 40Si2MnMoV bar has excellent combination of strength and ductility is clarified.

Application of Acoustic Emission to the Study on Cathodic Polarization and SCC for High Strength Steels

The ambiguous effect of cathodic polarization on SCC of two high strength steels in 0.1 M Na_2HPO_4 and 0.1 M NaNO_3 has been investigated by means of meas- uring electric resistance(R)and recording acoustic emis- sion(AE)signals simultaneously.Results showed that AE sensitivity strongly depends on K value in different solu- tions.Both anodic and cathodic polarization can acceler- ate crack growth rate at high K values,but it appears that there are only subtle differences in their AE characteristics.AE signals only reflect the macroprocesses of crack growth rather than the elementary ones and can not be used for identification of the micro-mechanisms of SCC.

镍含量对高强耐候钢组织与性能的影响

针对铁路高强耐候钢的特点,本文通过调整钢中的镍含量,研究了耐候钢组织和性能的变化规律.结果表明:增加钢中的镍含量,耐候钢的组织由铁素体+珠光体向铁素体+贝氏体+珠光体转变,耐候钢的屈服强度和拉伸强度有所降低,延伸率有所提高,并且实验钢的年腐蚀速率降低,高Ni含量的耐候钢极化阻力为394(Ω·cm-2),而低Ni含量的耐候钢极化阻力为602(Ω·cm-2).

两种类型冷轧钢板的耐蚀性比较

采用工业大气挂片法、电化学方法、俄歇电子能谱法、辉光放电光谱分析法等对两种不同类型冷轧钢板:超低碳非高强钢A与高强钢B表面耐蚀性能进行了对比研究,并对锈蚀机理进行了探讨。结果表明,在相同试验条件下超低碳非高强钢A的表面耐蚀性能优于高强钢B;高强钢B表面Mn元素的富集程度明显高于非高强钢A表面,其表面分布有许多小颗粒,以Mn的氧化物形式存在。

铌-钛微合金化高强钢连续冷却的相变规律

利用Gleeble 3500热模拟试验机研究了铌-钛微合金化试验钢在变形与未变形条件下的连续冷却相变规律.研究结果表明:试验钢在2~50℃/s的较大冷速范围内均可获得贝氏体组织,且随着冷却速度的增加,组织中粒状贝氏体的量下降,板条贝氏体的量增加;同时变形促进相变,有利于奥氏体中新相的形成.用热膨胀法建立了试验钢静态与动态条件下的连续冷却转变(CCT)曲线.
